  • Our part-time program is designed for working professionals who are actively pursuing a career change or advancement. The part-time schedule allows you to continue working while studying at The Coding Boot Camp.
  • Our full-time program is just that—full time—with classes Monday through Friday. Students can complete the full-time program at an accelerated pace.
  • Students can complete the part-time program in 6 months (24 weeks).
  • Students can complete the full-time program in 3 months (12 weeks).
  • Our part-time program costs $13,495* and our full-time program costs $13,495*. Scholarships and payment plans are available for those who qualify.
  • Yes. We offer all of our students career support and coaching, including portfolio reviews, resume assistance, and technical interview training. In addition, we offer students experiential learning opportunities to strengthen their portfolio. Learn more about our career services.
  • While some background knowledge is helpful, no experience is needed as long as you are dedicated and eager to learn. Our pre-course tutorials will help you prepare for our program.
  • At The Coding Boot Camp, it’s not about your experience, your resume or your degree—it’s about your passion and drive to succeed. Web development is tough work, and we look for students who are determined and willing to give the program their all in order to achieve life-changing results.
  • No, applicants do not need to be UCI students. This program is offered through the UCI Division of Continuing Education.
  • Our program has an application process and is not open enrollment. Once a prospective student fills out the form or calls our admissions department, they will go through an initial phone interview with an advisor. Applicants who are recommended to move forward will then take a critical thinking and problem-solving assessment.
  • No, the only requirement is that you own a high school diploma or GED.
  • We offer the flexibility of a part-time program, allowing working professionals to study web development without leaving work, as well as a full-time program for those who want to complete the course at a faster pace.
  • Students benefit from a robust set of professional development services to prepare them for success as they work to advance or change careers.
  • Our curriculum is built based on the most in-demand technologies specific to the Irvine market.
  • Our part-time program requires 9 hours of in-class time per week. In addition, you must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 20* hours to outside work per week (*depending on experience) in order to truly immerse yourself in the materials covered in class.
  • Our full-time program requires 20 hours of in-class time per week. You must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 20-30* hours to outside work per week (*depending on experience) in order to thrive in our FT program.
  • Yes, a reliable laptop is required for this course. Laptops can be Mac or PC, with a minimum 8GB of RAM and a dual core processor.

  • No, all that is needed for class is your laptop and the eagerness to learn.
